Lack of customer service

I had a stray dog attack me and as a unfortunate turn he bit into my phone destroying it.

When I contact Vodacom (not some subsidiary Vodacom who i got the contract from) they have absolutely zero interest in assisting me with absolutely anything to get the phone replaced.

Another point I find is when I took my contract out originally there was supposed to be phone insure through sellsure or someone, the default Vodacom insurance they offer, when calling them I'm told oh sorry there is no Insurance on either of my contracts. Seriously Vodacom, your service to someone who has been with you for almost a decade is completely unacceptable, NO ONE was even willing to assist me in trying to organise something. your quite willing to just leave it as is and loose a customer that has been loyal for this period of time.
