Vodashop Cresta - Incompetency and Bad Attitude!

Antonio, the latest 'lacking in enthusiasm and people-skills' employee at Vodashop Cresta sold me a contract for a new phone last Thursday. After signing all the paper work he then only told me that they're out of stock of the phone and would only be getting in more stock this Tuesday (today). He phoned me at lunch time today to say I could come in and collect my phone. I told him I could only be there after work, around 17h30. When I arrived at the store another one of the 'lacking in enthusiasm' Vodashop employees told me that Antonio had left for the day (despite the fact that he told me he'd be there at this time to hand-over my new phone), could not be reached on his cellphone because not one of his ten odd colleagues had his cell number, and that they didn't in fact have stock of the phone I'd bought/ordered. When I expressed my frustration to this employee I was greeted with a 'so what' attitude and no solution to my situation or even so much as an apology. Needless to say I demanded that they cancel my contract immediately and vowed NEVER to use Vodacom as my service provider again.
