APPARENT DOUBLE BILLING OUT OF CONTR DATA SERVICES

No intelligent response apart from automated msg since May!
(I supplied a spreadsheet copy of my itemised billing to Autopage for them to verify against!):-

Global Effect!! : References: M130725156 and M130801125
In investigating the above problem I discovered that my (and I'm sure everyone's) account is being double billed!
The last few items from the previous period 'out of contract' usage is invoiced and charged for (as it should be) but is also deducted from the new period 'contracted' usage!
e.g. If I use 1GB in the last few days of the previous period it is also deducted from my new months contracted usage!!!
I would like a detail breakdown of double billing since inception and refund to suit!
THIS IS A SYSTEM PROBLEM AFFECTING ALL CUSTOMERS IN MY VIEW - PLEASE CONVINCE ME OTHERWISE OR CORRECT THE SYSTEM!

Your urgent attention and response to this will be greatly appreciated.

I DO SUGGEST THAT THE CHASM BETWEEN THE CALL CENTRE AND THE BACK OFFICE BE ADDRESSED SO THAT CUSTOMERS CAN BE COMMUNICATED WITH IN A RESPECTABLE MANNER.
CONTACT DETAILS OF DEPARTMENTAL HEADS WOULD ALSO BE AN IMPROVEMENT!
