Once again Web Africa has done itself proud. I received an email informing me of an upgrade to my existing ADSL line. At the time I though it was great as I was having so many issues with Web Africa they decided to give me a free upgrade. BUT alas, no such customer service from Web Africa. Somehow my account was upgraded (not by me) and now I am being charged for the privilege. As usual I have reported the issue and got the usual "we will investigate" response while I am still being charged for this service.
For the record, I have submitted transfer requests for all my current adsl lines with Web Africa due to on-going customer service and reliability issues.
