Two months- Double Billed with no answers

I received notification via e-mail of amount due on my mtn account. November account increase to almost double. I awaited my itemised billing and never received this. Contacted MTN who advised it will be e-mailed. Today i received a bill for due payment to alsmo 3 times what i normally pay. I contacted the call centre who advised i would have to wait 15 days for an investigation and 3 days for itemised billing to be sent to me. This is not the first time MTN has overbilled me and given me the run around in getting to a resolution. I am still awaiting funds due to me from 2010. This is frustrating as my usage has not changed and MTN seems never to come back to customers when they have billing queries. Can we put a customer querie first or do we have to wait 3 years for any sort of resolution. Regards, Stephanie Marescia
