MTN does not keep to promise to credit my acc

On 24.04.2013 @ 18:45 I went to MTN branch Cape Gate (close to Checkers) to do transfer of ownership. As we entered the store one lady just had one look at my paperwork and told me my paperwork is not complete and that they will be closing the store shortly I should come back the next day. I decided to go to the other MTN store in Cape Gate (close to ABSA) Lady assisted me and we signed all paperwork and she advised me the owner of transfer will be completed within 24 hours. Next day 25.04.2013 she called me and ensured me everything is in order and the transfer of ownership has been done. 30.06.2013 my BB broke (dead) overnight. Next day I went to MTN lady assisted me - while she was busy with me she advised me 3 times that she had to go home 1h30 min ago. She informed me that the transfer of ownership has not been completed. 02.07.2013 a debit of R735.79 was deducted of my bank account from MTN. My contract is only R365 per month. I did inform MTN of this terrible service and MTN ensured me that they will credit my MTN account for 4 months to apologise for the bad service and that the credit will take 1 month to appear on my statement. It's been 2 months and no CR app on my acc!
