FNB - How can we IRRITATE YOU?

Decided to open an FNB account after all the positive reviews from friends. Went into a branch, spent 2 hours to open my account AND transfer my debit order info - opened it specifically before the 14th for this reason. Left the bank after all was done & nothing else was needed. 3 days later, I was called by the branch asking me to deposit money to activate the acc. WHy was I not told this when I opended the acc? 10 days later, I got a sms from FNB asking whether they have permission to transfer my debit orders? LUCKILY i had enough funds available in my previous bank account to allow these debit orders to go off. I then agreed, I thought this was handled in the branch. Not 5 min later I get a call from FNB credit card department asking for a 3 mths banks statement & when will I get paid - this was 23 Sept she called, by now I'm beyond perturbed - I told the lady, I gave all the neccessary paperwork to the person in the branch with whom I opened the acc and he told me all is in order, I don't need to give any more paperwork. 3 days later I get the same call. Now I'm trying to log onto internet banking & it's been the BIGGEST mission EVER!!! I AM BEYOND FRUSTRATED!
