About 3 months I went into the Long Beach Mall MTN branch in Noordhoek, Cape Town and filled out all the documentation to change the ownership of my current MTN contract from my name to my husbands. They said it would come into effect the following month. 3 months later nothing has happened and I am still being billed.
I went into the store last week and queried it and they said the transfer was on their system but they guy who did the transfer was too busy to check for me and he would phone me back the next day. I am yet to hear anything.
This is highly frustrating and I need this matter taken over by a manger who will actually show me some customer service and get the job done.
