DO NOT TRANSFER YOUR ADSL TO AXXESS

On 30-Sep-2013 I applied online for the package of line migration and
upgrade from 2Mbs to 4/10Mbs, I received an invoice and my credit card has
been debited with the full amount for the package.

Few hours later I received a call from Axxess office informing me that my ADSL cannot be upgraded to 4/10 Mbs and it will continue to operating on speed up to 2Mbs - but it is already been transferred from Telkom to Axxess. I have been informed as well that Axxess CANNOT DO ANYTHING to help me to
upgrade the speed of the ADSL and I have to contact Telkom for any help or
any further questions.

I request online immediate cancelation of the not existing service
and full refund for the all charges made. I request the date and reference number of the retransfer ticket sent
to Telkom as well the date of the refund. I have received only unclear promises.

Today is 28 Oct 2013 and my line (ADSL) still not transfer back to Telkom and my account is not refunded.
