ADSL Line Down After requesting upgrade for while

Hi, I called in last week to upgrade my 1MB adsl line's speed to 4MB/10MB. It was supported and the order was done. It was on Wednesday, when I got home, the line was completely dead. I have tested the router, the line is dead and faulty. I reported this on Thursday, but yet no response and it will now almost be a week, I need the service backup up urgently please. My fault ref nr is: 552CTK070313. I have received no feedback. Can you please look into it and fix my line urgently. There is no communication to clients. Also when I reported it on Thursday last week, they said there was no order for the line speed upgrade, but I can see the order on the website as 'DONE'. I placed a new order for the upgrade aswell as second time, this is now shown as 'EXECUTING', can they please finalize this, what happened to the first order? I hope I will not be charged rent for the time that the line has been dead. Please I enjoy your services and would not want to cancel it and move to 3G. Any help would be much appreciated.
