ADSL Still Down, 11 days already after reporting!!

Hi, my line is still down, from the 7th still until today the 17th. I am going to be charged R1200 for the line upgrade, yet since the upgrade everything has been down, I have never experienced the upgrade speed. Please please assist and provide feedback, it has now been 11 days and no feedback. This is extremely poor customer interaction. You don't treat paying customers like this. Please get back to me. I need the line back up ASAP. Kind Regards. Information below:
