In July 2013 I contacted Nadipha of Virgin Mobile asking which upgrades they could offer me, After not being offered a good deal I said to her that she needs to cancel my contract which expires on the 01st September 2013. She then explained to me that it will end on that date and that the last debit of R158 was my last debit and the contract will end. However today I notice on my statements that VM has being debiting my account for the last 2 months not only for the R99 contract I am on but an amount of R158. I contact VM and they tell me that BIS has been activated on my phone which I never ever did. I receieved a BB in July and phoned for them to assist me with BIS NOT TO ACTIVATE BIS as I had already bought the airtime to transfer into BIS. I am so fuming mad as my account has gone into a negative because of the debits which took place. This contract must be cancelled and immediately I want my credit of R316>>>> Please go and check your recordings and listen to what your sales consultant told me>> DO YOUR JOB PROPERLY
