2011- took out two phones billed for 4 phones. Matter takes months of fighting with call centers into following year. *billing wrong amounts, fighting again with call centre months to resolve. *limit phones late 2012, never done, * I will need a lot more space for the issues I have had, FIGHITING, you can't believe the amount of time wasted and money for this nonsense and its still going on*, I call in every month (daily) and cap phones NEVER DONE till the following year. * I have been to blatantly by call centers/managers - up, I have been told I did not pay (proof sent of payment sent), then told no its another month (proof of payment again), guess what YIP, another month!!! Matter goes to CEO level, told its not guarantee your phone can be limited and just repeating myself over and over and it just does not stick?? no comment?? I have been asked what should be done to say. And then told I will get what I deserve! Now also told I will be handed over for collection now because I refuse to pay until sorted, I have requested meetings, begging to sort this ou, t its 2013 now, I DID NOT TAKE OUT A CONTRACT (s) FOR THIS!!!
