I am billed incorrect, phones get switched off

Pay my Cell C contracts via cash deposits because I was debited incorrectly on my bank account, Every month I take mydepost slips to Cell C in waterfront they fax it through to billing dept but some time in the month then Cell C puts one or two phns off and the say that I was in arears or payments need to be allocated and my contracts states I have three phones. How ever one of my phones was cancelled by Cell C and I have the statemnt to proof that Cell C cancelled it out of their own accord. I've logged a complaint and it was sorted then that phone couldn't make calls or receive calls Cell C sends me a new sim card how ever the concultant in waterfront fixed that problem I have 22 reference numbers to proof that. I am struggling every month with Cell C with regards to allocating payments and the people that I speak to and the incorrect billing I receive from Cell C . I spoke to the senior supervisors aswell I would like to take the matter further with ICASA now. I want people to know that the people in the billing department are extremely incompetent because this happened for the past 9 months and 3 days ago. I was directed to Cell C in tygervalley Elizabeth still no assistance.
