Ad service my phones never works

I have 4 contract phones with 8ta, of the 4 phone 2 are blackberry's and I have the same problem with both phones when ever. I try 2 use the phones or use any service on the phones I have to restart the phone it is just the worste network ever, when ever I call their call center I am told I have to restart and it should work I feel they are just wasting my time and my money
