Terrible/no service from Vodacom!!!

Vodacom deducted R159 from my account for a 500mb data bundle without loading my number with the data. I was told I would receive help within 24hours and when I did not, I phoned again, was told to phone someone else, waited 40minutes for an agent, then they hung up on me and did not call back. When I eventually reached them I and was told to wait 48hours. I still did not receive any help. I then went in to the customer centre and was told that they are unable to help me and that I should wait another week. It's been two weeks since my initial complaint (ref number - S3-T071E-E8JSO) and the problem still have not been resolved, neither have I been contacted at all by Vodacom. I am very unhappy with the poor service or rather the lack of any service that I received and I feel that a respected company such as Vodacom should handle their customers with more respect than this, seeing as this was not due to something I did wrong. I am fed up with trying to contact Vodacom to fix something they did wrong. This is the first time I received such terrible service from Vodacom and I am very disappointed, as I used to like Vodacom.
