I signed a 24 months contract on MTN 3G. Since the beginning I experienced poor to NONE reception where I stay in PTA East. I asked them to cancel the contract, they said "No Problem" just pay the penalty. But HOW can one pay a penalty for NO service/coverage advantage?? I sent numerous emails but up to today, NOTHING was done about the reception OR the cancellation and I have to pay for a contract that is useless to me! I can only use the 3G at other areas, so this means, for everything I want to do, it cost me extra to travel somewhere else to get reception!! NOT ACCEPTABLE!!
