Shocking Service AND still no response

I contacted Vodacom 4U in Woodlands Boulevard Shopping Centre, Pretoria, 2 weeks ago to report that my BBM Services has not been cancelled since January 2013. They told me to contact customer service on 082 1946 which I did. Customer Service told me this is an issue I need to sort out with the Shop. In tern I contacted the shop once again and asked them to sort out my query and get back to me as to how we are going to deal with this refund owed to me. To date I had no call from the shop, Management did not even bother to give me a call back after 3 calls I made to the shop. They said the consultant does not work there anymore, so they can't check if he told me to cancel my services. This is unacceptable and shocking service, refusing to refund me. I upgraded to a Samsung, my BBM services was cancelled by the time I left the shop. I have asked Quinten to go back to my account and see if there were any BBM used after my upgrade. To date I had no repsonse. Is this how we deal with customer quries / complaints. There are no assistance from the shop and no return calls. What happend to customer service even after I asked Quinten by when will you phone me back, still no response
