My own network letting me down!

Applied for an upgrade on 27/01/13 at the Vodacom Shop in Melville. Received the handset but after using it discovered that I was given the incorrect charger (Non SA plug), the battery life is extremely poor and calls and network connections were dropped continuously.
I returned the handset as an out of box fault and after being promised that I will receive an answer within 2 days, I called back late yesterday and was told it will take another 4 days. This is unacceptable!! I also requested a sim swop, paid for a new sim but the request was never submitted. I had to go to another vodacom shop to assist me.
Upon checking my account details I notice that the contract I was given is a smart light at R 449 per month but the advertised deal was for a smart standard 229. I am unable to confirm this via the 111 call centre and was referred back to the vodacom shop
Have been unable to contact the vodacom shop as the number simply rings or is constantly engaged. Sent an email to which I do not expect to get a response.
I wish to place on record that if this is not resolved satisfactorily, I want the deal cancelled and I will apply via anther channel/service provider to assist me.
