AIRTIME AND FALSE OFFER OF DATA PACKAGE

ANYBODY WISHING TO UPGRADE THEIR CELL CONTRACT THROUGH AUTOPAGE TAKE NOTE OF THIS AND BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS!!! I recently upgraded my post-paid MTN Anytime 750 contract through ALTECH AUTOPAGE and was clearly to about what I was to receive in my new package! Zibelia, the sales guy, included a 750 Meg data package in my upgrade and neglected to advise me that the estimated R1000 in airtime that I had 'saved' during the period of my previous contract would be forfeited should I not use it by the time the upgrade kicked in. Leigh Tema was appointed to looking into this and agreed with me that the data package was offered and that the recording also highlighted that the sales guy never informed me that I would lose my 'saved' airtime. Needless to say I am furious as I am now tied into yet another 24 month contract through an establishment that has a poor record of keeping their clients happy. If anybody can advise me on how to take legal action to get out of this contract please look me up on LinkedIn or Facebook. This will be posted on Facebook too.
