About a month ago I sent a query to Cell C to review my billing as the costs were too high. I waited and waited... No response from the Call center or customer care. So I called and spoke to a call centre rep for 30 mins who assured me that he would add a 2GB data bundle to my account. One month later my costs are exorbitant and there Is NO RECORD OF ME ASKING FOR THT BUNDLE.
