MTN Where R you is NOT accurate

Once again - or still - this system does not work. After months of trying to get info from MTN, to no avail. This last week I setup alerts for every 30 minutes for a family member. The first alert - sent via SMS advised she was in Cape Town, I logged onto the web portal, to find she is was in JHB??? The next day the alert advised she was at Maydon Warf Durban - when she was actually in JHB???

I have given MTN over a year to respond or to rectify their system, so I feel I have no choice but to expose this publicly, ( possibly even get Carte Blanche involved) to advise all MTN users who use this system NOT TO TRUST IT.
Someone whose life is in danger may use the system, hoping to get assistance, and it will give false information, possibly leading to their death, then WHO WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE.
