TRYING TO CALL TO BLOCK MY PHINE

I have now been listening to your stupid music for over an hour I phoned 808 from my cell phone ant tried to speak to a consultant but it's like phoning city power know answer could you please tell me why I should pay my phone bill as you make me feel like i am disturbing you trying to use one of your services this is a disgrace as a company I would be ashamed, so as I cannot block my phone I take this as a service failure on your side and there for will not be paying my bill until you pull you head out of you and call me to give me some of the service I am paying you for!!! do you thing MTN exists because it's a company or because you have clients??? I no I am just a small but I would like to know that when I have an issue I can actually get hold of some one that is what giving your client service is all about don't you think???
