On Friday the 1st of Feb 2013 I was mugged and they took my cellphone. I called the Vodacom Contact Centre in order for me to block the phone, the consultant who that I spoke too told me that they can't block it over the phone if I don't have the IMEI Number which is found on the box, I told him that I don't have the box anymore then he said if I go to the shop where I took the contract they will be able to block it even if I don't have the box.
On Sat 2nd of Feb 2013 I went to Vodacom shop at Maponya Mall that's where I bought my phone, the lady was not helpful at all she told me that she needs the box to block the phone and I tried to tell her that the consultant from the Contact Centre said I can come to them and they can help me even if I don't have the box, she didn't even give me a chance to finish my story.

I know I won't get my phone back but it will make me feel better if they block it, and I expected Vodacom to show some sympathy since I'll be paying for the next 18months for the phone I don't have and it's my second contract that I have with them they have never had a problem with my account they should show me that they appreciate me.
