I pay but you keep phoning me

I made arrangements with your company to pay off my account. i pay early EVERY MONTH!!! ; GO CHECK YOUR RECORDS. your people keep phoning me and telling me they want to place a debit order on my account, i said no, i will keep paying you, no problem. they than said while than we will have to phone you every month and charge you for the call??? so please explain, i pay every month early??? yet u still phone me? do u just want to say hi? or just make more money out of me!!! as a paying client please stop harassing me! when i don't pay, than by all means phone me and charge me! you have no reason to keep phoning me!!! i have consumer rights!!! and if you call me over this complaint, do not bill me!!!
