Overcharged

I was looking at my vodacom statements and came across my July statement for my 2 gig internet contract. Every single month without fail my account has been R149. This July month my account all of a sudden jumped to R2800!!! This for me is impossible as I do not download things, I browse more than anything else.

No on else can connect to my internet as it is password encrypted. I asked for itemised billing to see why it was so much and then I was told they were going to charge me R22 per page that they send me. What a rip off! I'm still waiting for these guys to get back to me and inform me why my bill was so much.

Absolutely ridiculous!
