I called sandy Adams on the 8th July to make arrangements for the date of my debit order to be changed to the 15th of every month.
low and behold, they debited my account on the 31st again!!! I don't know why I bother. Despite the fact that I've been a customer of theirs for 15 years, their service.
GET IT RIGHT PLEASE!!!
