Incorrectly debited/bad service/no refund

I was incorrectly debited by Mobimoola an amount of R847 on the 31 Aug 2013. I sumitted my query on the 2nd Sept telephonically and by e-mail. also sent my proof of debit by fax and e-mail. I then received a system generated apology e-mail 2 days later and that my query has been escalated to another department for a possible refund. Since then i have been calling their line, which is often offline, spoke to various incompetent consultants, who do not even have access to your profile, why they take the calls i dont know! they all say the same B that they will call me back. not one of them has ever did. They are a bunch of crookes and their service is below poor and it.

NB. Pls i beg you Do Not reply with the same system generated response. I want my money.
