I wrote a complaint on 25th December 2012, with regards to my airtime being taken of round about R112. I bought a 24 hour data bundle with my loyalty points, got the confirmation sms and started using it. My airtime was taken, my loyalty points were deducted for the bundle and I could not make use of my purchase.

Mtn's response to all of this is "We have credited your airtime with R50 to by a 24 hour data bundle". Logically, does that resolve the fact that my airtime was taken, my loyalty points were taken and I could not even use the data bundle. This is not the first time that something like this has happened. I have been a customer with MTN for 6 years and I also get hassles.

Every time I contact the call center I get pushed from pillar to post. I was promised a call back from numerous members of management, but what did I get, nothing. I demand someone (that can make compensation decisions) contact me and have this matter sorted out, cause this is no way you treat a loyal customer.
