Over charging of account

So these guys offer me a Free DATA ISP account with the VOIP phones they supply. The account is set to 1Gb of data. And also 100 minutes. I honestly hardly phone from this account and even within the first week of the account, i get a notification that I've used more then what they gave me and that i'm being billed for the extra usage, which would be fare if i actually used it. You can never get anyone to respond to your queries via email, when logging a call online or when phoning them, the first line support is only there to issue you with a ticket for someone to phone you back. Couple months ago I notice that my normal debit order has increased with over a R100 from them and on the invoice it shows started billing me for the FREE account. I've asked them to cancel it with no luck. The bank cant stop the debit orders because they keep changing the amount. Now I have had enough and requested them to cancel my entire account with them, I phoned today (30/08/2013) for the cancellation and was not allow to even speak to a Team leader because its part of their policy. So my advise would be to stay far away from these guys. They promise and don't deliver and over charge for it to.
