Message: Good Day I am so dissapointed in your services for the last few months and cant wait for my contract to finish with you guys!!! I had a debit order going from my account for years and all of a sudden a call centre agent phones me and offers me all these life style, my music, phone box package, which i said I am not interested and he goes and adds it to my account, I phoned as soon as I got my first statement and asked why I am been billed for something I didnt agree with, they promised to cancel it and gave me a refund, again I get another statement with the same charges and I phoned again and i was promised its taken care of, I then decided to cancel my debit order, so that you guys dont charge me for services I didnt agree to, I then transferred R302.99 into your Nedbank account on the 27/06/2013 today 03/07/2013 a consultant phones me, to say my account is in arrears and not paid, when I told her and gave her the date and the amount, she tells me that I short paid, so this means that this extra charges has still not been removed from my account, can someone sort this out, I am getting very irrated and I dont enjoy when people phone me and tells me that I owe money, HELP
