After 4 years we have decided to cancel our contract with Virgin (we have 2 phones) as they were not able to supply phones we wanted.

We cancelled on 6th June 2013 as requested and we were told the contract will end on 6th July 2013.

Today, after spending 51 minutes on the phone with numerous people the call was cut off - I have managed to find out that our contract was NOT cancelled, but I was told they will cancel it today.

They have been given more than 20 business days' notice, but we are still charged for airtime for the entire July. I do not understand this and no one was able to show me in the T&C where it states that even if contract is cancelled in the middle of a month, we must pay for full month.

Another issue is our outstanding balance. At the end of June my husband was told that our account is fully paid and we will have no more debit orders coming through. Yesterday, I was told we still have 2 debit orders!

And lastly, our invoice for June stated just over R200 due, but over R800 was deducted.

No one is able to assist me over the phone or via email (Erica Arosi refused to respond to my queries).
