Incompetent Agents hiding by irreversible process

I bought a 100mb data bundle and called the blackberry support on numerous occasions this month alone to have this set up so I can either use the BB as a modem or stream content, basically anything my ACTIVE BIS restricts me from doing. Many incompetent agents later, all of which confidently told me after reciting generic steps, it will work as soon as I remove the battery and restart, nothing worked. Every time I called, someone took me through a multitude of steps which had the same end result. Me not being able to stream anything or use BB as modem. I wanted my 100mb back and they're hiding behind "The process is irreversible"
So, in other words, because THEY could not get my phoned configured, I AM AT FAULT? I cant get a refund because "THE PROCESS IS IRREVERSIBLE" - so that makes everything right? Vodacom's attitude is that

"hey, we at fault for not being able to configure your phone to use the data bundle, but guess what, the process is irreversible so its YOUR loss."

I want a refund or I'm changing to CELL C tomorrow and doing a sim swap. You can then keep your precious 100mb and lose me a customer.

I tried resolving this via Call Centre, but they keep dropping my call.
