Bad service

Second complaint regarding my hand replacement. It's almost a month now waiting I've been waiting and I called last week Tuesday and I was told that the phone will be ordered the next day. I called yesterday and was advised that it hasn't been ordered and today I still get the same info. This is ridiculous really!!! I don't want a call from C cover I want my phone pls seemingly they are not willing to assist.
