This is my second complaint. Yesterday we tried to submit a claim for my lost cell phone, unfortunately the call got cut off half way through the process but the consultant did not even bother to call back. after the painfull experience of waiting for min 45 mins for someone to eventually answer the phone. I'm really upset because I'm sitting without a phone and mtn consultant's aren't very helpfull to say the least. Please do not give me that of the call volumes are high and you cannot call back or that you are an inbound call centre. stop being lazy. I'm not a person to complain but this is ridiculous as this has been going on since Monday and it's exactly a week since I lost my phone and I didnt even complete a claim form. I've called the call center again last night 23.10.2013 and after an hour and a half of waiting I got through to a consultant who promised that he will send and email for someone from the mtn claims department to call me. I'm still waiting. Please phone me as this is now my second complaint in this week. This is truly pathetic service at it's best.
