Ordered cell phone with cell c

I applied for a cell c contract for two phones more than a week ago and the delivered one phone last week Wednesday because they said my order was not processed for the other phone because they tried to port my number and it was unsuccessful, however i will receive it on Friday. Friday came and went nothing on Tuesday the 18th June 2013 I called them they said they delivered the phone to me, I told them that I did not received it they should check their records and I was latter told I will receive it today, i am still waiting and nothing has happened
