I cancelled my MTN contract because I currently work overseas. After the cancellation was processed I received my final MTN statement & on the statement a credit of R147.94. Joseph has been dealing with the cancellation. I emailed him twice since 13 August 2013 kindly asking him to pay the credit back into my bank account. This will be the same account MTN deducted all my debit orders of the past 13 years from. I know he received my emails because I'm getting read receipts but he does not respond to just give me basic info on when I can expect to receive the refund. Unfortunately I have no other means easily available to contact MTN hence me now using Helopeter. Can the MTN Hellopeter team maybe just tell me what is going on with my refund?
