Handed over for an acc I have been paying

I made the unfortunate mistake to join Cell C. I had a previous complained as well as I wanted to cancel the contract, but couldnt due to contract. Since then, i have not received a single letter, invoice or statement for the account, yet I have been paying the service amount of about R80.00 every month.

On January, as well as March I sent numerous emails to the [Email Removed] email address, requesting for an update on the account as I wanted to know the expiry date to cancel. I added read receipts to all my emails, and noticed that my emails are being deleted without being read?

I then requested for cancellation on the 25th of March, to date not even an acknowledge. Ironically enough, I received a letter from NDS attorneys that my account is in arrears with over R800? I have never received any invoice / statement, yet I paid? I requested for an email addres of a manager, again, deleted without being read? Is this truly the way because the account is arrears your take it upon yourself to not respond? I have the proof of payments that I will send to someone who will be nice enough to respond. and I will never ever do business with Cell again.
