STILL TAKING MONEY, AFTER CONTRACT WAS CANCELLED

I cancelled our ADT contact as per the terms and conditions; however they still continue to debit our account. When I confronted them they gave me a lame excuse and also confirmed that they will refund me. This was on the 23rd of April 2013. Still no refund. I emailed Louise on 3 and 13 June 2013. I got read receipts but no reply. I cannot believe that a company can be so unprofessional. Seems like they are struggling and cannot afford to refund me, thinking that I will just forget about it. I contacted Louise again this morning and she advised me that she does not have an answer for me, it is out of her control. This is also why she was ignoring my emails. Can you believe that. If I said that to a customer I would have been fired. This is also the second time I am placing this on HelloPeter.com. I want my refund, I acted in accordance with the contract concluded and I expect the same from ADT!!!
