Exceptional response to a complaint

I logged a complaint on hello peter about misleading from one of their stores. Shameeg contacted me soon after and came up with a solution to my problem. The ongoing contact and feedback from him since has been exceptional and he has eally gone out of his way to satisfy me and my needs and even went as far as saving me money on my monthly cellular spend, this has been a perfect example of turning a positive into a negative - SHAMEEG thank yoy so much you are a star!!!
