Dear Hello Peter

This is my 3rd complaint about MTNsp there have now correct one of their mistakes they moved my old contract 0833310 to pre paid and reinstated my existing contract 0837863... however they didn't correct their mistake fully and made more mistakes... Now they upgraded me instead of reinstating and shows my existing contract ending in 2015 which in actual fact should end in march 2014. i had no benefits for the contract 0837863 from around Jan 2013 till Aug 2013 now they have instated (upgraded mistakenly) and pro rated my benefits... i spoke to a consultant today her name is pindele she advise me that MTNSP is going to debit me for my premiums for this contract 0837863 back dating /-5 to 6 months... And of cos i have a problem with that cause i had no benefits for this in the last -6 to 7 months and when they so call instated me, they pro rated my benefits for the month... why should i be responsible for premiums when i didn't have a single benefit for..MTNSP is thee most incompetent company i've ever dealt with. They can't resolve queries, they never give feedback, they have never made a call to me detailing reason for above... I'm utterly disgusted
