Bad servive NO SERVICE at all

Reported problem with DATA bundle, on 9th August 013, Vodacom promised to come back with in 48 hours, I'm still waiting for a response, when I tried to cancel the contract they told me I will be liable for the full contract, Vodacom do not help there customers with their problems, but you cant cancel either, how pathetic
