The from MTN is becoming utterly unacceptable My dam contract ended last year where you guys not reading my first complaint.. A mtn agent called me to ask if i would continue with my contract 083910 which ended last year, it was a contract i took out 3 years ago, i therefore said no cause i got an new contract with mtn 083163 that i took out in march 2012 which ends next year march... This i already have told to many of your consultants... Your consultant cancelled my new contract and the old one which i didn't even have the sim card for i was still getting debited for... then now you resolve the stupid mistake reinstate my new contract 083163 and pro rate my benefits and give me back R319 for what? You'll owe me from the time of January till now all your consultants acknowledged that, .. Its easy to take someone elses money but you cant give it back correctly. I WANT THIS RESOLVED CORRECTLY, IMMEDIATELY!!! I WILL TAKE IT UP TO MTN SENIOR MANAGEMENT AS NOT ONLY BREACH OF CONTRACT BUT DISGUSTING SERVICE... FOR THE PAST 7MONTHS I PAID R319 AND HAD NO BENEFITS ON MY NEW CONTRACT.. WILL LIKE A CALL FROM MTN AS SOON AS POSSIBLE DETAILING THEIR INVESTIGATIONS IMMEDIATEL
