My unused Contract Benefits

For two plus years I was unaware that my contract was still active with Nashua Mobile, I didn't receive monthly statements or phone calls because the debit order was still going off my Business Bank Account, Now I am only being credited with the equivalent of 3 months benefits only. I want my value for money. I want more value for the 2 years payments made and never used. Contract Number 0828878088 (Vodacom Contract).
