I've been waiting decades to start seeing you keep your promises - paying my bills, remaining loyal and patiently accommodating you while you do nothing but fix the fixes has driven me to distraction. I'd like to know what compensation you give customers like myself who lose countless amount of business time and revenue because of your incapacity to get the basics right? I feel very sorry for your call centre agents - they must be just exhausted from having to listen to my daily rants. So what'll it take I wonder - how about getting the basics right before you start planning for tomorrow - what a joke. Not even a 4mb line will get you there at speed! And where the heck is Neo-who in the fiasco of your wonderful incompetence Telkom?? You've missed the boat - both of you. But hey - what do you care - because I need you more than you do me - so just get one of your agents to apologise as you always do and waste more time and money on trying to fix the unfixable and hope that I'll just keep paying my bills - even if I can't do business or receive incoming calls or connect to the net for 75% of the time. Congrats! You've done a spectacular job at making me the joke.
