Slow internet

I am seriously thinking that i made a mistake staying with cell c, I had numerous problems with them earlier the year (its all sorted out, that not whats this is about). Even with my galaxy s2 that has full signal bars, my internet is so slow. It takes forever to download anything or just to load a page. This is really irritating if i want to download anything over 1mb, so please fix this problem as it will make me change carriers with a faster internet as soon as my contract ends.
