Bad attitude

On the 28 Aug 13 I went to vodacom shop at Highveld mall next to hi-fi corp in Witbank to see a data specialist and he tried helping me setting up email on my phone but he couldn't and he suggested I book my phone in for the software to be updated as I went to the consultant the manager told her not to make a booking anymore in front of me and I couldn't get a valid reason from the consultant and it was 17:45 at that time and the shop closes at 18:00.
