I upgraded my phone 3weeks ago. Since then the data bundles I buy never register but I am charged for them. I went to the shop where I upgraded. One employee asks if he can help me when I get to the front of the queue after a 30min wait. He takes my phone to the back and returns 20 minutes later to confirm what I said was right but he can't help me and I have to queue again for another 30mins. This time when I get to the front the consultant, Gift, tries to skip me and go to the next person. I had to force him to help me. His help consisted of the reasons why the problem was my fault: I used it all and was trying to get free data, i foolishly bought my data over internet banking which means it's not Vodacom's problem, i didn't buy the data properly so it never loaded and best of all he checks the balances and proclaims the problem is I have no data. He then tried to dismiss me and I had to force him to log a service request. After that I bought more data from the shop. This morning I get an sms saying my issue is resolved because the data I bought at the shop registered on my phone. What about the other 600mg I never received? You have terrible customer service and you are!
