Thank you Nomsa and Lancelot!!!

I bought a Food Processor in October 2012 which was faulty. I phoned Hi-Fi Corp and spoke to Lancelot who told me I could change the appliance whenever I had time because I was on my way to Richardsbay. It was only yesterday that I took the food processor back to Hi-Fi Corp at Highveld Mall in Witbank and was impressed with the service I received from Nomsa at Customer Services. She explained to me the different options I had and told me to sit down, she would handle everything. I decided to pay extra for a better product and she went with me to pay, did all the paperwork and was so friendly. It was only when I was leaving Hi-Fi Corp that I was told she is actually a new employee and was still learning. Well, with such a nice personality she will make Hi-Fi Corp very proud.
