I really don't complain allot but the few past months but when I visit the Vodacom Shop in Village Mall I really get poor service and bad attitude. I could already upgraded last year November but waiting for the Black Berry Z10. So Wednesday (20 Feb) i received a sms that said '"Blackberry Z10 has reached our shores, available from 25th Feb. To book a unit for your UPGRADE, visit Vodacom Shop, Village mall 0122530820 to secure. T&C apply" so immediately i phoned to book the phone. The girl answer the phone i told her about the sms, her reply is No we don't know when we will get the phone wasn't their shop that send the sms it was head office and head office told them the phone will only be at their store the 7th March. I then asked can i just then maybe please book, No its head office that send the sms i should contact vodaworld, they are just a branch of vodacom not vodacom it self?? really i mean i just want to book the phone. The staff is always rude, and never get back to you (previous cases) the only staff member there willing to help you is Silvia and the older black lady. The rest is useless!! Really hate this branch!!
